Can you help with my existing website?
In most cases, it's much more effective to start again. Older sites are often built on outdated platforms that are slow, hard to secure, and difficult to change. We use the latest tools (Astro, modern hosting, and clean code) so a new build is faster to load, better for Google, and far easier to update. Patching an old site usually costs more in the long run and you're still left with something dated underneath. A fresh start gives you a site that works properly from day one.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects are live within 2–3 weeks. We'll agree a timeline at the start and keep you in the loop at every stage. The exact time depends on how much content you have ready and how many rounds of feedback you'd like.
Do I need to provide content?
Not necessarily. I use tools to produce strong, SEO-focused and conversion-based copy. You provide the facts about your business and feedback on tone and direction; I turn that into wording that works for Google and for your customers. You focus on running the business. I handle the words.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small tweaks after launch are included. For ongoing updates, we offer Website Management: we handle the changes so you can focus on your business. No monthly surprises; we agree what's included up front.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. We can host your site on fast, reliable infrastructure and take care of updates and backups. You get one less thing to think about, and we ensure it stays secure and performing well.
How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends on what you need. We offer clear packages for brochure websites, plus add-ons for things like extra pages, branding, or SEO. There are no hidden fees: we'll agree the price upfront and stick to it. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your business.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive, meaning it looks great and works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Most people browse on their phones now, so this is essential, not optional.
Do you work with businesses outside Kent?
While I focus on Kent businesses because I understand the local market, I'm happy to work with businesses elsewhere in the UK. The process works just as well remotely: we can discuss everything over email, phone, or video calls.
What happens if I want to leave?
You own your website. If you decide to move elsewhere, we'll help you export everything: your content, images, and code. There are no lock-in contracts or exit fees. We want you to stay because you're happy, not because you're stuck.
How do I update my website after it's live?
It depends on how often you want to make changes. If you only need occasional updates, I can handle them for you. If you want to update text, photos, or pages regularly yourself, I can set up a simple system that lets you do it easily without any technical knowledge.
