Lights On keeps your site up and your contact form delivering — but nobody is checking that it does. On Looked After we test your form from a real phone every month, watch the site for downtime, and tell you before you find out from a customer. If your site is a shopfront you'd notice going dark, take Looked After. If it's a business card, Lights On is honestly enough.

Yes. Your enquiry form runs through our mail system, with our spam filtering, and on any plan it carries on exactly as it is — nothing to set up and no code to change. That's the main reason Lights On exists. The one thing it doesn't include is us checking that the form is still delivering; that starts at Looked After.

Usually within 24–48 hours. We'll confirm when we've received your request and give you a heads-up when it's done.

Tell us when it's urgent. We'll prioritise it where we can. Premium plans include priority response for time-sensitive requests.

Yes. No long-term contract. We just need a month's notice so we can hand everything over smoothly.

Your site stays live. You keep the domain and hosting. We'll give you the logins and a final backup. You can take over yourself or move to another provider.

Yes. We're happy to look after sites built by others, as long as they're on mainstream platforms we support (WordPress, static, etc.). We'll do a quick review first to make sure it's a good fit.

We'll tell you before we do anything, never after. An unused change rolls forward a month, so a quiet January covers a busy February. Beyond that we either agree a few extra updates or quote you at £75/hour — but you'll always see the number first, and we won't leave you stuck.
