Are there any hidden fees?
No. We agree the price upfront and stick to it. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start. There are no surprise charges at the end of a project.
What's included in each package?
Every package includes custom design, mobile-responsive layout, basic SEO setup, fast hosting-ready code, and a contact form. Higher packages add more pages, copywriting, advanced SEO, and integrations like booking systems or CRMs.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a smaller build and add pages or features as their business grows. We'll always give you a clear quote before any additional work begins.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as you need before launch — we keep refining until you're happy with it. Once the site goes live, ongoing changes like new images or news updates are handled through an optional monthly plan, so you only pay for changes when you actually want them.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The build is a one-off payment and the site is yours. Monthly plans start at £15 to keep it hosted, backed up and the contact form delivering, and go up from there if you want changes made for you. If you'd rather run the hosting yourself, that's fine too — we'll hand over the files along with a written guide, though you'll want to be technical enough to get it running and keep it that way.
How do payments work?
Nothing to pay until you've seen your free preview and given the go-ahead. From there it's two payments: 50% to start the full build, and 50% on completion before the site goes live. For larger projects we can spread it out.
What if my project doesn't fit a standard package?
